These coaching cards are aimed at first time parents. However having our third son six months ago we have found these cards really useful. They have been handy to reflect on our parenting styles, to open up conversations and discuss our feelings on parenthood which we haven’t really done before. These coaching cards are to be dipped into time and again and I can certainly see how we will use these through our children’s years.
They have given us the opportunity to talk open and honestly about our feelings and our family.
These cards are the ideal gift for new parents or parents to be to help couples explore their new roles as parents. The transition from a couple to parents is certainly massive, I can see how these would help open up discussion for couples and aid when planning and adjusting to parenthood. I will certainly be buying some for friends who are currently pregnant. I can see how these could also be used with close friends when discussing the realities of parenting and help share honest ideas.
The cards are easy to read and well made. The box contains 50 cards plus guidance on how to use them and some information on Kim Morgan who created them.
These cards are recommended to be sold at £15 and I feel that these are good value for money.

The coaching cards are not something I would usually of looked at, especially as a second time around parent, but I found them really useful and me and my husband have had some very lengthy conversations about our lives now. They came with an instruction card which explains how to use them and 50 cards with questions on, and a card with some information about Kim Morgan.
At RRP of £15 I think they are well priced.
I found them very easy to use and I’m my opinion a must for any new parent!

Kim Morgan’s Coaching Cards are a brilliant idea. Having a baby changes everything and I found one of the hardest hit is your relationship. They allow you to talk about topics (because of picking a card at random) that maybe you’ve had difficulty approaching. I feel like this makes you open up more than you normally would do. Many of my friends were asking me about the cards and I can see that they would be great for any parent, regardless of number of child or age. I would buy these for anyone who is expecting as a tool to prepare for the changes as well as I don’t think people are prepared enough.

The packaging and cards are really well designed and I love the colours used. There’s a great range of conversation starters and information inside on how to use them. I think they would be great to use when meeting up with friends as well and sharing how you are all feeling as new parents. I’ve never seen anything like these before, they’re a great idea and especially useful if you find starting difficult conversations hard or you just want to reconnect with your partner.
