A pre-recorded antenatal course is a series of educational video lessons and resources that you can watch at your own pace, anytime and anywhere. It covers topics related to pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. Other individual topic specialist classes are also available.

This course is ideal for first-time parents, those looking for a refresher, or anyone who prefers learning in their own time without attending live classes.

Once you have downloaded the videos they are yours to keep and have no expiry.

NowBaby classes can be watched on laptops (Mac and PC), smart TVs, phones (both IOS and Andriod), and tablets (both IOS and Andriod). No need to download any apps just download and enjoy. All information will be in your own personalised portal.

Our classes are viewable worldwide on a range of devices outlined in How Do I Watch Live classes. The content is suitable for everyone. Many of the principles that are discussed, such as breastfeeding, are all compliant with the World Health Organisation’s evidence and advice. There may be some subtle differences in drug names from country to country, but the principles of pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period are the same all over the world.

Absolutely. Partners are encouraged to join. Many lessons include specific guidance for birth partners, co-parents and other family members.

Upon purchase of the Complete Antenatal Course you will be sent a confirmation email containing a link to the ZOOM sessions. Further instructions are also in the introductory video.
