Course Overview

This course will give you a valuable insight into what to expect in the very early days after having your baby, something that many first time parents aren’t informed enough about! Both you and your baby will go through a number of changes during the postnatal period, also called the fourth trimester, and it’s useful to have an understanding of what these changes are, so that you are prepared and equipped with all the knowledge you need to help you through this time. Learn how to care for both yourself and your baby as you adjust into parenthood.
